Is this deal any good?
Upload what the sponsor sent you. In about a minute you get the good, the bad and the ugly, a risk level with its reasons, the likely tax picture, and the questions to ask before you wire a dollar.
Claude is reading every page. This usually takes about a minute; longer documents take a bit more.
What you'll get
The deal in one paragraph. What's strong, what's weak, and what could hurt you, each tied to the page it comes from. A risk level for a typical individual investor, with every reason behind it. The likely tax picture: first-year depreciation, whether losses are passive, when to expect the K-1, and whether it fits in an IRA. The questions to ask the sponsor, most important first. And what's missing from what they sent.
Common questions
Is anything I upload saved?
No. Your files are read in memory, sent to Claude to be read, and the report comes straight back to your screen. We keep no copy of the files or the report. The only thing recorded is your email address, so free reports can be limited. Save the report as a PDF if you want to keep it.
What should I upload?
The investor deck, and the private placement memorandum (PPM) or operating agreement if you have them. A deck is the sales pitch; the fees, the waterfall and the capital call rules usually live in the PPM.
Does it tell me whether to invest?
No. It points out what's strong, what's weak, what's missing and what to ask. The decision is yours, ideally with your CPA and attorney.
What do Cratchit members get?
The same review, measured against their own books: what the first-year deduction saves them this year, how much of their cash it ties up, and how it shifts their mix. It stays with the deal, fills in the full due diligence checklist, and after they invest Cratchit tracks every payment from the bank, the payback and the K-1s.

Education, not investment, tax or legal advice. The report reads only the files you upload and may miss what isn't in them; the numbers are the sponsor's projections, not promises. Talk to your CPA and attorney before you invest.
